$150 per hour with a 3 hour minimum

Discounted rates for 501c3 non profit groups.

full stairs across apron of stage
pews for seating on gentle slope
Large Classroom rental:
$20 per hour or 20% of gross class fees with a minimum.
Small Classroom rental:
$10 per hour or 20% of gross class fees with a minimum.
